All under 18 year olds must have their parent/guardians approval in order to order from emmavonbromssen.com. All products remain as property of emmavonbromssen.com until full payment has been made. We reserve ourselves for any eventual fault in printing on the site. Due to the digital format of photographs we can not grant that the pictures are exactly reflecting the real products. All prices include 25% Swedish VAT. For orders from countries outside the EU, the sum to pay will not include Swedish VAT. The correct amount to be payed will be shown when on the checkout page. Local VAT and import customs may have to be paid in your own country if applicable.
You can pay with Visa, American Express or MasterCard trough Stripe or PayPal, pay using PayPal or if you are a Swedish citizen, you can pay using Klarna with the different methods provided by Klarna. No fee is charged for card payments.

Through Klarna Checkout you are offered different options for paying purchases made at affiliated stores. Klarna Checkout presents some information for you as soon as you are identified. What information you need to enter to obtain identification may vary between different purchases and customers. Some credit information is never taken directly in Klarna Checkout without the required payment option. Credit statements taken by Klarna do not affect your creditworthiness and can not be seen by others requesting credit information about you, such as banks. Once you have been identified, Klarna Checkout displays the options available to you. Invoice is a preferred payment option, but you can of course choose one of the other options, such as direct payment by bank or card payment. What options are offered may change from time to time. You can choose if you want to protect your use of Klarna Checkout with a PIN.

Klarnas terms of service
By using the Klarna Checkout Cashier Service, you agree to the terms of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Norra Stationsgatan 61, 113 43 Stockholm), including any attachments or other materials referred to herein (“Terms”). As you enter or request information, you start using Klarna Checkout. By doing so, you have also approved our processing of your personal data, including the ability for us to transfer the data to third parties or for processing outside the EU / EEA area.
You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and yours, or that you have the right to represent the specified person, and that you may enter into an agreement unobtrusively and without the goalkeeper, the trustee’s or other person’s approval.
If you use Klarna for a legal person (company or other organization), you also warrant that you have the right to enter into this agreement for payment with Klarna and its associated purchase agreement with the store
Identification and risk assessment
In order to be able to identify and prevent unauthorized use or abuse of Klarna Checkout and to fulfill the requirements of good credit terms, Klarna needs to identify you. Klarna retrieves additional information such as social security number, name, address and credit information from different providers. Klarna also needs to use the information you may have provided on previous purchases. The supplementary information along with the information that Klarna already has allows for the easy cash and purchase process that Klarna Checkout entails. Klarna Checkout automatically adjusts its security check, and thus design, for each time you use it and you do not need to enter more information than necessary. In some cases, the previously entered and the Klarna approved address will be displayed to you. At the risk assessment, Klarna weighs a number of objective factors but also information about how you have previously met our payment terms. By completing the purchase, you confirm the identification and correct shipping address.
After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout displays the payment options that can be offered to you. Whatever payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klär’s partner partners is the one who manages the payment transaction, while the purchase of the item or service is made directly by the store. Product or service-specific questions should therefore be addressed directly to the store.
Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna Checkout are invoice, credit card, card payment or bank payment. Invoice is the preferred payment option. When applying a prepaid invoice, Klarnas applies at all times to invoice terms. It costs nothing to use Klarna Checkout. However, Klarna reserves the right to charge any taxes or fees that may be incurred through selected payment options, please see the individual payment terms. There will always be information about the terms of each payment option before making your selection. Clients can add or remove payment options at any time.
Use of information that is not yours or for which you are not entitled to use for other reasons comes from Klarna to be considered as abuse. All information related to abuse or suspected abuse of Klarna Checkout, for example by specifying incorrect or misleading information, is stored and used for future risk assessments and for protecting parties involved. Your compliance with the purchase and payment terms also affects the risk assessment when using Klarna Checkout and thus your ability to make use of all payment options.
Klarna and its partners treat your personal information in order to offer you a simplified payment via Klarna Checkout and to further facilitate the payment process next time you use Klarnas services. Klarna handles personal data in order to secure your identity, manage your customer relationship, prevent abuse or misuse of payment service, conduct customer analysis, credit assessment, risk analysis, risk management, business development, for commercial and promotional purposes for our own and our specially selected partners, and to comply with applicable legal requirements in general. Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly linked to you.
The following are examples of personal information that Klarna deals with:
• Contact information – Name, Address, etc.
• Personal identification number – Used as customer number for customer management purposes
• Payment information – Card number, invoice information, etc.
• Financial information – for example information on income and possible payment remarks (used when credit information is taken)
• Item information – Details regarding the purchases you make
• Information about your computer – IP address, language settings, etc.
If you have previously used Klarna, there may be stored information about you, for example, customer handling, documentation requirements or similar approved purposes. In order to ensure your identity and simplify your use of Klarna Checkout, Klarna will use any such information. The Clients may disclose information to other companies within Klarnas Corporate Group, which may also use the information for the purposes described herein. In addition, the information may be disclosed in connection with the transfer of the debt to the debt collection company or the equivalent. The data may also be transferred for processing outside the EU / EEA area to a state that does not have the same level of protection of personal data. Klarna protects personal data protection and will introduce appropriate safeguards to protect the data. You are entitled to request access to the information pertaining to you once a year. You also have the right to correct such information and to opt out of receiving additional market communications. Klarna is personally responsible for processing your personal information. Orders within Sweden usually take 3-5 working days to arrive, orders outside of Sweden take around 4-8 working days. We reserve the right over the order until final sale. If only some of the products from your order are on stock we will inform you and ship those products. Full refund if you wish to cancel the order before shipment. Make sure the contact details are correct. If an order is returned due to wrong contact information then the customer is responsible for any additional shipping payments. .
Shipment within Sweden costs 79 SEK (DHL). We ship via DHL in Sweden. You will be informed via a text message or email when your package has arrived. International orders are shipped via UPS only.
Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to return orders within 14 days from receiving the order, given that the products are unused and in original condition, Prints excluded. If you want to return or exchange an order you are responsible for any shipment costs. Full refund if the product we sent you is faulty, damaged or the wrong product, including the freight cost. We follow the Consumer and the Consumer Complaints Board recommendations. If you want to return something people contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you. Please note that it is your responsibility that the product returns to us.

In case of a return we will refund your payment, deducted with the freight cost as described above. We will refund your payment to your card account as soon as we have received the product, and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition..
If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.
Non collected deliveries
A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and we get it in return, we will charge you for the costs arisen. In the case of a change of mind, please retrieve the order and return it to us. If you do not collect the package, the costs will be higher than returning it to us.
